At my highest I weighed 336 lbs.  I was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a fatty liver. I slowly began to take off the weight, but it was a process. I am an alcoholic, and while I would do well for a while, the beer bottle found its way back into my hand time and time again. On May 7th, 2017 I went into the hospital with what they called a "mild" case of pancreatitis.  If that was mild, I do not ever want a severe case of that shit!  Needless to say that is my sobriety date and forever will be. All systems are better, I am off insulin, and when people say I'm half the man I used to be its true.  From 336 to 172 currently. I'm finally living instead of just existing. Thanks to all for your love and support.
